Federazione Italiana Agenti d'Affari [Italian Federation of Business Agents] of the Province of Lucca; Veronica Centro has, for over one year now, already complied with all legal obligations with regard to the regulation and protection of Privacy and the handling of personal information, both of the seller as a client and the buyer as a client.
The protection of Privacy is applied indiscriminately both with regard to the disclosure of the details of the property and its location, and for all the stages of advertising both on paper and on internet; at the same time particular care is taken for visits to the property where the signature of the potential buyer is requested on the
"Declaration of Visit form" with related consent to or refusal of the handling of the personal details of the same, as set out in article 13 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 called

Veronica Centro furthermore has deposited all its forms with the Chamber of Commerce of Lucca in complete observance of the laws which regulate the category of estate agents.
We also give great attention to the preservation and disclosure of photographic and technical documents of the property, planimetries and cadastral surveys, which may be placed at the disposition of the buyer.
In any case our agents, will ascertain the wishes of the client-seller, with regard to the disclosure of photographs, documentation and information relating to their property during the carrying out of our agency activities; in the same way the client-seller, can modify their decisions at a later date.
