Stone-house on two levels and attic. Currently it is offered partially restructured and with renovation works already in place. The ground floor is made up of entrance, living room with fireplace and kitchen/veranda (renovated), than another room (not already finished) where it is possible to create the main kitchen with fireplace. At the middle floor, between ground and first, we have a bathroom with shower. At the first floor is placed a double room (finished) and another room (not already completed) where is possible to build a bathroom and a pantry. At the second floor we have the attic floor with wood beams, we have two rooms (not already renovated) where is possible to create one double room, one single room and a third bathroom. 

The features of the finished parts are very beautiful, Tuscany typical peasant style, beams in wood, stone walls niches and stairs in local typical stone, most of all made recovering the original building materials which go back to the end of 1800 and the beginning of 1900. The roof has been completely insulated and renovated. The jobs have been personally followed by  the owners. About the external side, the garden is approximately 1.000 sq/mts and is under arrangement; it is possible to build the swimming pool and is already in place a stone oven, gazebo and wooden house for storage. The house enjoys sunny position in context of small village near a small stream. The village is a little country side south east of Lucca in a beatiful hilly place famous for the camelias.
