The services we provide and how we work:
Veronica Centro Real Estate, follows all the phases of the negotiation and eventual related problems by providing technical and legal consultancy and guidance reviews to both the seller and the buyer; we work to resolve any difficulties that may arise, using also the advice of valid and well-known professionals in the technical or  legal/notary matters at different stages of the contract until the final notary deed and beyond: in addition, the same cooperation, allow us to address any problem of our bureaucracy in short terms and thus facilitate our customers according to their needs both in terms of time or in terms of the distance. We have gained experience and effectiveness in carrying out negotiations, sales and/or other types of services related to real estate business, including working with customers both in their respective countries of origin, whether they are in Europe or outside Europe.
Our business structure is organized in such a way as to provide customer care also for all the financial problems that may occur to the potential buyer and, again, we can ensure that assistance up to the customer country of origin, having also in this area gained a considerable experience in many financial contracts prepared for foreign customers.

Guarantees and protection for the Client:
VERONICA CENTRO Real Estate Agency is a professional member of the F.I.M.A.A. "Italian Federation of Estate Agents" of the Lucca province; Veronica Centro has already fulfilled some time ago, to all legal requirements about regulation and protection of personal data (also called Privacy Policy), both for the seller and for the customer. Our internal and external real estate agents, involved in real estate brokerage, have all law requirements, both in the professional side(license)and also in terms of social security, professional insurances. We do not use employees, agents and/or unlicensed individuals that are not meeting the  law requirements. The Privacy Policy is applied indiscriminately both for the disclosure of property features that for its location and the same procedure is followed also for the advertising process, on all phases and types e.g. printed brochures or on internet web sites and portals. We pay particular care and attention to all the property visits, where the "Property Visit Attestation Form" signature is required by the potential buyer, " with also its consent or denial to the processing of personal data as stated by Article 13 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 referred to as "Act on the processing of personal data" (For more information see the Privacy Policy section of our site.) We do not allow property visits, the disclosure of detailed information and/or the delivery of documents, in the absence of this agreement and/or we do not take properties and/or customers who do not consent to that Privacy Policy as stated by Article 13 Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 referred to as "Act on the processing of personal data".
Veronica Centro has also filed with the Lucca Chamber of Commerce all its forms in full compliance with the regulations governing the category of real estate agents and in order to protect its customers: this forms are also available in the English language.
We reserve further care and attention to the preservation and disclosure/delivery of technical and/or photographic documentation about properties, such as floor plans and cadastral maps, which eventually are delivered to the buyer, only after the signing a "Retention of Ownership".
Our responsibility, to ensure the seller will, is regulated by a special form signed by him at the time of taking in charge the property; this document, regulates the disclosure of photographs, documents, informations and news related to the property, during the course of our agency activities and at any time, the seller, can change his choices also only in a specific area. In accordance with those owner's wishes, Veronica Centro Real Estate, gives no details, photographs and/or access to its database to other real estate agencies and/or realtors, except in special cases, that must be specially approved by the owner; at the same time, we do not provide access and/or the use of our customers data to external peoples and/or other real estate agencies, thereby ensuring that the property is not "past" to other agencies and provides to ourselves to deliver the utmost accuracy and professionalism.
